170 High Quality Homes

A new residential development providing approximately 170 affordable apartments in Belfast city centre.

A mix of home types
1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments designed to meet a range of housing needs.

What is affordable housing?

Affordable housing provides homes at below market cost for people whose needs are not met by the private housing market.

It includes social rented housing and other below-market options, delivered outside the open market and managed to remain affordable over the long term.

These homes are typically provided in partnership with housing associations and are designed to meet identified local need.

This proposal will deliver 170 social homes in partnership with Woven Housing Association, helping to support a range of households within the local community.
